I hate computers.   I love computers.   Let’s say, its complicated.   My degree in Physics from University of California at Davis qualifies me as a problem solver.

I tinkered with Apple ][e BASIC as a kid and some 6502 assembler code.  From there it was onto Fortran 77 and Pascal.  Completely useless.  After completing my degree I picked up Java and the light went on: object-oriented programming is awesome!

Even more than computers,  I like riding my bicycle,  fast.   Well,  as fast as I can.   I’m a card carrying member of the California Native Plant Society.  Ask me about a species local to my area!

Oh,  I almost forgot , I play guitar, sometimes even professionally.  There’s even a really old website dedicated to the musical part of my life.
